Institute for Policy and Civic Engagement Director Joe Hoereth sits down with our first highlighted civic actor in our Voices of the Community series, Robert Douglas. Douglas is a lifelong resident of the Roseland neighborhood in Chicago and is a committed community advocate. He also recently published an account of his community work and recommendations to increase civic capacity in his neighborhood.
