About
Shelia Brown joined the Institute for Policy and Civic Engagement (IPCE) in 2019 as administrative assistant to support daily administrative activities and managerial office support. Shelia also supports the Institute’s long-term projects, campus wide and community engagement initiatives. She is the Office Manager for the Institute and is the main office contact.
