Today, IPCE presented “Building Community Engagement for Effective Community Relations” as part of the 2024 National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement (NACOLE) webinar series. Joe Hoereth, IPCE Director, and Norma Ramos, IPCE Associate Director, discussed encouraging law enforcement oversight agencies to explore and enhance community engagement best practices and methods.
