UPPF Fellows showcase public policy research at conference

The 2018-19 UPPF Fellows presented their research posters during the 27th Annual ILACHE conference

IPCE's UPPF Program Fellows presented their research posters on April 19 during the Illiniois Latino Council on Higher Education (ILACHE) research conference at the Forum at UIC.

Fellows research projects cover a range of public policy issues such as policing, housing and eviction, and women's reproductive rights.

The goal of the research forum are to increase faculty and student research collaborations, increase the presence of African American, Latinx, and other underrepresented voices in academia, and to enhance the quality of student research.
